SCENE AND HEARD
Harried publicists around the city are wondering if former Nancy Seltzer staffer Meredith Myers will be served with any sort of legal action now that the run of her biting East Village show "Like a Publicist" is through at Opaline. Myers took to the stage after being unceremoniously dismissed from her staff gig with Seltzer, who reps the likes of Whitney Houston. Seltzer's lawyers sent Myers a letter reminding her she had signed a confidentiality agreement and couldn't get too tart during her one-woman show. "I didn't mention any of the clients I worked with during the part of the show she thinks is about her," Myers said. Seltzer did not return calls.
