After the success of my one-woman show in 2003, I looked back at the work and found that the part of the process I most enjoyed was in writing the material. Therefore, it was an absolute delight that a literary agency was interested in continuing the story and signed me to write a book based on the show. Perhaps they were initially interested in a tell-all about all of the celebrities I had either worked with or been around but when it came down to it I preferred creating a work of fiction. I spent the next year absolutely devoted to writing a novel based on the world of PR, while waiting tables to pay the bills. In the fall of 2004 with the completion of my book, I was officially a writer but an author I would not become. I decided to part ways with the agency leaving my book unpublished. I still have hope that it will one day be listed in the card catalogue at the Library of Congress but until that time I continue to write since that is what true writers do. With my move to LA, I am currently focusing my attention on writing screenplays and sitcoms, while working on my Masters degree in Library and Information Sciences.
